He leads the development and implementation of the overall strategy of the organization. He also provides directions in the conceptualization, design and implementation of the business software developed by the firm and provides guidance in the delivery of its consultancy services.
In his more than ten years stint as consultant, he has provided services to different companies from various industries. The scope of his consultancy experience includes manufacturing operations, food export, corrugated box production, banana plantations, livestock production, construction, shipyard operations, hospital and healthcare services, academic institutions, hotels, chain of hardware, retail, foreign funded projects, NGOs, and cooperatives among many others.
As a CPA in public practice, he also handled assurance and related services, business process reviews, outsourced internal audit, management consulting, IT audit, taxation, business development and coaching, and training.
He also has an excellent track record as an educator for more than ten years. He is a seasoned educator. He was also academic chairman of the accountancy program of a prestigious University in South Cotabato.
He started his professional career with Joaquin Cunanan & Co. – PricewaterhouseCoopers, now Isla Lipa and Co.
He has a master’s degree in public administration, and has academic units leading to a doctorate in business administration. He completed his Bachelors’ Degree in Accountancy from the Ateneo de Davao University with distinctions of Cum Laude, and, Pricewaterhouse Awardee for Excellence in Accounting.
